BRIEF

SAT-SPEAK is an open-source satellite intelligence tool built to track real-time orbital positions, predict overhead passes, and decode TLE (two-line element) data from the terminal, using free public APIs (space-track.org and n2yo.com). No coding background required to run it.

Built for journalists, researchers, and OSINT practitioners who need to verify whether a satellite was overhead at a given time and place, cross-reference NORAD catalogue objects by orbital parameters, or learn orbital mechanics through a working TLE parser rather than a textbook.
